DIY Weekend

WhatIWore:  Over the weekend I spent some time getting back in touch with my DIY side and made this cute winter hat. Although I love crochet, I’ve never taken up knitting and that’s why I used the Knifty Knitter Round Loom instead. It took about 3 hours to make this hat and I love the way it turned out.  Now I am using the larger yellow loom to make a little pull over scarf to match.

You can get just one loom for under $10 or the entire set for under $20.  Would make a great Holiday gift for a crafty sister/girlfriend/wife/friend along with a couple skeins of lux yarn.

UPDATE: A couple of you have asked if previous knitting/crochet experience is needed for the above project.  None at all!  If you can follow instructions, you can make this hat!
